Xplorer just Crashes

*HELLO to Everyone* I still have the hassle of which i cannot access any Files or Control Panel or Downloaded Files Xplorer just Crashes the whole screen disappears right back to the Desktop Wallpaper and then Restarts , i am running Vista Premium . The only way i can access any of my Files if i restart in Safe Mode with Networking selected and then i can get to my files. This all started about 3 weeks ago i have ran my Bit Defender Anti Virus and it says the Computer is fine and i also ran Malewarebites Anti Maleware and it says the Computer is fine i used MSCONFIG and that was like So is there any one at What the Tech that could point me in the right direction as to solve this problem.
