Personalize Office 2011 Ribbon

The text which appears in the ribbon is too dim for me to view easily. How may I adjust the font and its appearance

Here's 2 links that might help you.

Other than in the above, Microsoft did not provide for this to be done easily using native tools.
However there are third party applications that say theywill do the job but generally they will cost around $30 (USD) or so...

Some of my customers who have found similar problems have removed the default font from their font folder (Segoe UI, but kept it safe in case they want to put it back!)
MSO will then default (usually) to Arial, that is more easily readable by a lot of folks.
