Hi, Is there any way to send mail and get ensured that the fonts are displayed for all clients? Use Case is this: I have to send a greeting which has different languages to different clients in different countries and want to ensure that fonts are displayed for all the clients. Every Client does not have all the fonts installed, so in that case, this may be a problem. I want to ask this query in Tech Tips and Tricks forum but it was giving error that you do not have permission to post in this forum. Can anyone please let me know, why I am getting this error message while posting any message in that forum?
Hi vijay.gupta,

Items posted in Tech Tips are frequently accessed and relied upon by visitors who are looking for a specific fix for a specific problem.
Because the Tech Tip is generally an "action item" visitors are likely to read and rely upon the procedure, applying it much like a menu recipe.
Therefore, it is important to review and validate the posted Tip, prior to releasing it to the general readership.

No. If you create the email, and add different fonts and enhancements, all those may be lost, depending on the email program the recipient is using. Note too, even if the recipient does support all the fonts, the user could have his email program set for "plain text" only.

However, if you are sending a greeting card, I think, they come more or less as images, not text characters - just because card makers use their own or special fonts and effects all the time. They want everyone to be able to view them without having to download and install a (possibly suspicious) card viewer.
