Hi All, A friend of mine has a problem in his email, he's using Yahoo mail. The problem is, he can not see what he is writing and when he receives an email he also can not see what it is written. The font is invisible all the time, even after he pormated his computer. If there is anything to solve this problem. Many thanks

Hello, If the issue still exists once the computer is reformatted, it could be an email setting. I am assuming your friend is using Yahoo's website to check their email and not an email client (such as Outlook). If that is the case, have your friend try composing messages as plain text, rather than rich text or html. Let me know if this helps, Ax
