Hi and welcome to the WTT forums. Sorry to hear of the virus /worm problems with your computer.
Please go here:

and follow the instructions carefully. A malware removal expert will then be along to help you with individual instructions on how to check and clean your machine.
Just a tip for you...after you have posted your logs (in the correct forum, not here please!) then do not make a follow up post until you have had a reply as the malware experts deal first with posts where there are Zero replies.
Once your computer has been cleaned post back here if you are still having issues with it and we will advise on the best way to proceed.
