i need sm bus controller for a elitegroup ecs rd480-a939 motherboard windows xp 32-bit ' tryed alot of sites really starting to get mad off in finding this dam thing if you can help please do thank you

Here's the drivers (from the manufacturers web site:

The file you need (that includes the SMbus driver) is this one:
ATIsb.zip and the file size is 6.82MB
