Right, just plugged the dongle into the xp system, and it was a silent install,no prompts\options nothing, but a flawless install with ease, under Right Click - Properties on the bluetooth icon I have the option to add incoming\outgoing ports available to me, so ATM I have to wonder if there is some security option\program you have set that may be blocking you from accessing this, so heres hoping the above gives you the option back, if it doesn't, where is it you're trying to do this ? in the software or the dongle settings ?
