how do I block websites or redirect to a single site

I have a work computer that I need to restrict to a single website. I think I can do this via host file I am just unsure how... any help would be great Thanks

One possibility would be Windows SteadyState.

Perhaps more than you want but maybe it has some other things you might want to use.
