Welcome to the forum
For XP users, the "HOSTS" file is located in this folder:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc
If you want to block that site, open this file using Notepad:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
In there, you'll see a line that looks about like this:
127.0.0.1 localhost
Under it, place a similar line looking like this:
127.0.0.1 bigbaps.com
Save it.
Reboot.
