Using Online Armor firewall. I have had to restart my pc 5 times today so far mostly because my internet connection didn't work. The couple of times it did, IE either had to close because it encountered a fault or it just froze and I had to restart the pc. Each time I started my pc I got a bwgo.exe from Online Armor wanting access to the pc. Each one had a different number after it. Didn't note the number of the first one but the others were: 00029a04; 000720f3, 00029243 and 00028c86. Would this be what is causing the fault with IE, indeed with the pc. Does anyone know if this is spyware/malware and if so, can I take it out. I can't find any reference to it in any of my programmes. Thanks for reading and in advance for any help offered. hedley
