WebcamDell2.exe not working

My laptop is dell inspiron 1545 ,vista homebasic
when i open my integrated webcam,the following message is coming………..
WebcamDell2.exe has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.
AND command prompt is opening and a message is comming,that is
