Unable to remove eTrust EZ Armor

Hello, my friend just got The Shield Deluxe 2009 antivirus software. Before that she had eTrust EZ Armor. She said she was having problems with shield deluxe because of ez armor still being installed, but when removing it in the control panel, it says it was having errors during the uninstall . The error said it failed to remove ez armor from the right click menu, but it's not listed when I right click anything. I also went into program files and it no longer has a folder there. I ran shield deluxe again but it doesn't seem to be having any problems, but ez armor is still listed under the add/remove programs in the control panel. So is this still installed on the computer? Sounds like it has left some remnants behind, try either Windows Installer CleanUp Utility or Revo Uninstaller, run them and see if they find anything to clean up, failing that try installing the original program again then use these tools to uninstall it, hopefully one of them should help.
