How Can I Remove Therat From My Computer ?

I am sorry, but my english is very bad.

When the boot is completed:
1-My windows firewall is automatically turned off, but i can turned on yet.
2-My anti-virus shield lost his .exe file and i can't run it. If i reinstall the AVS it doesn't work, again the .exe is missing.
3-SpyBot the same thing… don't have the .exe file
4-Both files was deleted from the computer.
5-the key of registry:
