Adobe Reader 9 installer won't delete off my desktop

Hello, i have a folder on my desktop that apparently contains a set-up for the adobe reader 9. I downloaded this a few nights ago in an attempt to view a .pdf in a webpage in firefox but i don't believe it worked so i uninstalled the program and then tried to delete the installation folder any time i go to delete the folder i get this message.

Here is one link from Adobe and one from MS. I would bet the MS one will take care of it:
