ATI READEON 3870 GAINWARD GFX

I have a serious issue on my PC , my pc is fine but my games are messed up. I play couterstrike source and team fortress 2 , i get ingame pixel distortion models are out of colour and out of skin and i get black screens and my Game crashes, ive tried everything within software such as direct x updates on my gfx , i dont want to full format but is there anything else that you guys might be able to help me wid in terms of software wise or any tweeks i need to do. ??? this is the error i get The instruction "0x10923e2c " referenced memory at "0x0e25a1a0". the memory could not be "read"

First off I'd suggest uninstalling and reinstalling your ATI display driver.

Uninstall via the Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs > Display driver only.

Reinstall the latest driver relevant to your card and OS:

Is this a new problem? Were you able to play these games previously? If a new problem any coinciding issues such as new hardware or software? Where exactly is that error message appearing and is it the verbatim message in its entirety? Hve you checked your Event Viewer? What is your operating system? Are you playing off Steam servers? Any issue with single player games?
