system32\tndoyce.dll error at startup

hi everyone, hope somone can help me.. For a while now when I start up my computer will pop up the error "C:\windows\system32\tndoyce.dll" this happens at every start up. Lately the blue screen of death has been happening about once a month if I leave my computer on overnight (I wake up and go to get it out of sleep mode and get the screen) so I dont know if that is related to this or not.. Anyone know what that error is about or how to fix it? thank you so much

If you are certain that you typed in the above error exactly as it appears, then this is almost certainly the result of a malware infection.
