Keep getting the Blue Screen of death everytime I start my computer up. I am running windows vista and here is the message that I get. STOP C000021a (Fatal System Error) The initial session process or system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0x00000000 (0xC0000001 0x0010034c). The system has been shutdown. Thanks for the help.

Error Codes for Vista are not fully cataloged as yet. Were this XP, it would be useful to re-boot, tapping F8 repeatedly until a Boot Menu appears. From the Boot Menu you could then Select - "Last Known-good configuration" This is a SAFE action. Give it a try. Keep us posted with your progress. Best Regards
