Is there a way to enable my USB keyboard to bring my laptop from standby? My laptop's keyboard (the default, non-USB one) works fine when I am trying to bring the laptop from standby, but for some reason, keystrokes in a USB keyboard are not recognized by Windows when in standby mode. My OS is Windows XP Professional.

Have you checked your BIOS Power Settings for anything related to the Standby mode.
