Something is going on with my computer lately but I can't find it. Every morning for the last week or so after system start-up, first thing after the system starts up, I get a Dial-Up Networking message that says "Windows cannot access bizsimple.net" and it asks if I want to connect. I don't know what bizsimple is and I certainly don't want it trying to connect. I first checked my start-up menu from four different programs - Windows start-up; Hijack This start-up list; CCleaner start-up list; and SpyBot start-up list, and I can't find which program is trying to start this. So I did a computer search requesting a search of folders 'containing the words' bizsimple.net. Twice it has come back saying the only folder to contain these words is PERFS in C:\WINNT\system32. I can manouver my way into the WINNT folder and I can see the PERFS folder but since I don't know what it is I didn't want to delete it. None of my malware, adware, virus programs are finding anything. Here are the programs I have run: Malware Bytes, Hijack this, CCleaner, AdAwareSE, Spybot, and AVG. All of them have the latest updates.
In addition to the above, this morning I got a new error message, again at the end of start-up. RUNDLL Error loading C:\WINNT\wftadfi16_081220a.dll
Here is my Hijack This log, and also a Hijack This start-up list:

Also please describe how your computer behaves at the moment.
LDTate:
In the few days since I posted my problem, after running malware bytes for the third time; the 'threat' appeared yesterday and malware bytes deleted it. When I started up this morning, neither item showed up. The 04 - line that you told me to delete was not there. Also, the processes are not listed when you do a scan so I can't put a checkmark next to them. HOWEVER, I do see the C:\WINNT\system32\inf\svchct.exe file listed when I Open the Process Manager in the Misc. Tools section of Hijack This. In that section, it only gives the option to kill the process. How do I delete it? Do I go to C then WINNT, then System32, then inf, then hilight the folder and hit delete?
I don't see the other file you specified either.
Here is the new Hijack This log.
ALSO, what are these two files - I don't recognize them. Can they be deleted?

It's your ISP

United States Fredonia Dunkirk & Fredonia Telephone Company
Resolve Host: ns1.netsync.net
IP Address: [removed]

The other is for Java. It's ok.

Only delete this file
open C:\WINNT\system32\inf\svchct.exe delete this file. Caution. look at the spelling svchct.exe. Don't confuse this with the legit windows file svchost.exe
I had to kill the process before it would let me delete it. I used the HijackThis Process mgr to do that. It is still in my "trash" folder in case I deleted the wrong thing. Here is the new log. I tried to copy and paste the line from the trash bin, but it wouldn't let me. I will be leaving for the day now - If nothing shows up in start-up tomorrow, are things finished?
