hello, im having problems with popups called antivirus2009. Its popping up every few seconds crashes my computor etc, can you help please, thankyou. Hope ive done this correct

You need to follow the instructions here. Once you have run ERUNT and HijackThis, start a new thread, i'll lock this one, and post the HJT log and a brief description of your PC's problem and somebody will be along to help.
