hello, i am very new to this site and i have been having troubles with my computer. i have downloaded many antivirus software to remove these popups. they have failed me. i am wondering if i could ask for assistance from a expert on this subject. i am new so i need a heads up on things to install on my computer to fix this problem. much help is appreciated.
