man…..so I get home. and to make matters worse- i boot on the computer and it says windows cannot find 'C:\PROGR~1\INSTAL~1\{8D8B1~1\setup.exe' and it says something about search for it or something. and no sound.
So can we go back some steps? having my sound back is more important than that thing hijacking google here and there. If both could work all the better.
Here ill show you. I started by checking to see if muted:

anytime there is a sound or error its one of those system beeps like when old computers would start up they would have that obnoxious beep. Thats the only sound that happens.
That beep is just the computers onboard speaker.
Right Click on the My Computer icon and select Properties > Hardware > Device Manager
Are there any items with a red x or Yellow ?
woohoo! audio has returned! woot!
the rouge sysaudio is in system32 folder
and the real one is there in the drivers folder
that little sucker is still around. should i boot in safe mode and delete it?
