Error (0xc0000005) HELP! :(

Heyy, i rebooted my computer this morning… then i got to the welcome page, clicked on my user and recieved.. "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005). Click on OK to terminate the application" This comes up twice. I click OK, and it just shows the image of the wallpaper. NOTHING ELSE! I tried to do safe mode, but same situation. I've been reading up on it but i ain't some computer wiz and would REALLYY appreciate it if someone could write up a step by step guide on fixing this! Remember, i cant get to anything, coz all the programs, task bar, everything is GONE>.> Help pleasee

Systems error's like this can have many possible causes,
including hardware faults.
First lets try and see if you can get it running properly.

When you start up, Tap F8 right after first BIOS screen, same method
as getting to Safe mode.

Choose "Last good known configuration"

See if that does the trick.


I would also like to ask (Providing the above doesn't succeed)

1: Have you changed any hardware on that PC recently? (RAM in particular)
If yes, what Hardware?

2: Have you installed / removed any drivers recently?
If yes, what driver?

3: Can you bring up the Task-manager despite Icons etc. is not loaded?
(CTRL-ALT-DELETE to bring up the task-manager)

4: Have you changed any BIOS settings?
