hello everyone. ^_^

just call me silver. i donn't know but i just like how it sounds. :)
this link http://forums.whatthetech.com/VIRUS_ALERT_…ock_t92655.html got me into registering and be a member. i was helping a customer with the spyware/malware/virus infection he brought up to me just a while ago. oh by they way i worked as a tech support rep for a computer manufacturer. trained with hardware resolutions but not software. so i have to resort in accessing external sites and "google" troubleshooting help to resolve software concerns. and i found the forum really really useful indeed. i'll be logging in as often as i can starting tomorrow. ^_^

aside from yahoo group, yahoo answers, 1 game forum(you may hate me but i am addicted to ragnarok), this is the tech forum i chose to join. hope to know more about you guys.

i know i can get help in any way if i need one here and if i can i would be glad to help as well.
alright ciao!

kodus to the the admins and everybody helping each other! :woot:

xixo_12, No, very far from being anything like an expert….I just help where I can within my knowledge base. We do have some wonderful volunteer helpers on this forum however. Some of them have spent their whole careers with Microsoft and really are the experts among us. kind regards,

hi tallin and xixo_12, thanks for welcoming me. not really expert. i would say through experience i learned to troubleshoot hardware problems. not all customers would call for help regarding their mobo or harddrive but oftentimes i get calls that are really out of our scope(software issues) but i would love to help so as much as i can would try resolve the problem. and it's when google comes in. ^_^ . i think i will learn here. i would be glad to post issues that i find troublesome!! **hugs**
