I installed my Trend Micro and i can't seem to open it. i have reinstalled it multiple times to the same effect.
I have also noticed that i can't seem to open a couple of other programs already on the computer.
i keep getting the "this program needs to shut down" message.

i ran the ATF-cleaner and the Malwarebyte's.

can anyone tell me what's going on??
