Antivirus XP 2008 Infection

Hi,

Infected with Antivirus XP 2008 (possibly others I understand may have downloaded with AV XP). Did not click on anything, just rebooted and then followed your removal instructions:

Ran ATF Cleaner, then Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, selected all, removed all and re-booted. It was suggested I post the results of both the Malwarebytes' scan and HJT log for review. Here are the results:
