My Toshiba laptop runs fine as long as its sitting on a flat, stable surface, but the moment you pick it up or jar it a little bit- IT STARTS HUMMING LOUDLY AND FREEZES UP!!!! Very frustrating guys…please help. Could it be an internal problem with the processor? Maybe a loose part inside?? Thanks.

hi there, It could possibly be a loose hard drive or something. We've had a couple of these where i work. It's rare, but can happen since so many are produced, you can get that. You'd have to be very unlucky to get that problem though. Is it new, or have you dropped it etc?
bizarrebob is right, the most likely cause is a loose part in your computer. In fact thats just about the only cause. Unless you have some kind of motion censor on your laptop and you got a virus that freezes your computer everytime it senses you move it. Otherwise there's nothing else that would detect your movement and thus mess up the computer, so it's some kind of loose part or maybe even broken piece. I can't think of any way for someone to help you other than for you to take your laptop to a specialist and have someone look at it. If we can know how long you've had the computer, and if you've ever had any serious damage, or just medium, done to it. Such as drops, bangs, etc.
