Hi there i am totally new to this site, i came accross it while i was looking for ways to remove Trojan.Vundo.EWS. I have bitdefender total security (trial) and i did a deep system scan and it picked up the Trojan.Vundo.EWS and said 'No action could be taken because the file is in an archive'. Im really pissed :pullhair: coz i dont see the point of having an anti virus programme that tells you that your computer has a virus and it cant even remove the virus! whats the point! the virus is in C:\System Volume Information\ which is a hidden folder. I tried opening it to attempt to manually delete the virus but it denies me access to open the folder so i really dont know what to do. i even downloaded malwarebytes and it came up with nothing! please can u guys help me!!! thanks..
