[Closed] Slow after Trojans

I removed several trojans on an xp machine. All were running with McAfee not finding anything wrong. I suspected (getting reaaallley slooowww) something was wrong so I uninstalled McAfee and installed Avast home version. Did boot time scan and found 1 trojan. Performed thorough scan from inside windows and found 2 more instances, so sure if same one or different. I have since did multiple spyware scans with Defender, Spyware Terminator, Eset online scanner, Avast, Rootkit revealer, Blacklight, HookAnalyzer, LADS, RootChk, and still the computer is not running like it should be/prior to initial slowness.
