[Closed] Slow internet

My laptop's internet runs super slow. sometimes not at all. this just started a few weeks ago. i run mozilla firefox. a few weeks ago windows defender said i had a few trojans which it removed. also removed a trojan with AVG. both didnt seem to help my internet speed. the rest of my programs run just fine. heres the hijack this log. thanks for your help.
