Has any one had any software problems since they installed sp3 to xp?
My outlook express will not download newsgroups but it should be public knowledge by now??
I used to use outlokk express, discontinued it, and reinstalled it after installing sp3.

HI, it doesn't appear to be a common problem, with or without SP3. I don't get any hits with a Google search for outlook express will not download newsgroups.
Do you get an error message or any other indicator of what is not working? Have you looked in Event Viewer to see if anything is being logged there?
This might be a firewall problem instead of an OE problem. Have you tried Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird to see if they suffer from the same problem?
After about 15 calls to Comcast the techs slowly began admitiing therey were having trouble with their software incliuding O.E.
