I have an old laptop in perfect working condition that I just want to use as a recipe database to store in my kitchen. It is a Dell Latitude with Windows 95 that I had from my old job. How can I ghost the computer (get rid of all of the work-related applications) and just keep Word and Excel (since I'll never be able to get another compatible version for it.) I have already gone through the Add/Delete programs and have deleted everything that I could from there but there are several apps that do not have an uninstall. Is there a quick, easy way to bring this PC back to start-up condition?
