 Better late than never - thank you. I followed the advise you had written plus info from another 'sounding' board and completely removed everything after about three hours. As well I contacted the company and requested info to be sure everything was removed and why they allow their program to install in this way - apparently it is a flaw that they are looking into and hope to have resolved soon. They do not like the negative responses (I told them about the site) as they truly believe in their product....will see what happens. Again thank you....my computer is running nicely, albeit a little slow but that is better than it was. 'The Bear'
