Virus.Win32.Sality.o

I've had this virus before, had to format re-install windows and all my programs cause all the exe files were infected, not fun when ya have 3 250 gig hard drives with files ,had downloaded the sality remove tool from norton's site, I think, has been a while. The question is, is there any programs out there that will remove this virus, or worm, without deleting the exe files? I'm using Kaspersky 7 security suite, and on the machine that is infected has pcsecurity antivirus and firewall suite. Win XP Pro
