How to automate scanning process in XP

I always make sure to scan every files that i downloaded from internet. This job takes some of my valuable time since i normally run Windows Defender after first scan by AVG. AVG is ok since i can just right click the files and press "Scan with AVG' from the menu. There is no such menu for WIndows Defender. How to enable this menu. One more, is is possible to combine both process so that whenever i want to scan any file, XP will run AVG first than Windows Defender. If AVG found any threat, XP stop the process and prompt the warning mesage. Hope to hear from anyone soon. Thanks in advance
