Hello, I could really do with some help please!! I am running Windows Vista Home Premium and i recently installed AVG8, when i ran my first AVG scan after installing it it said i had no virus or infection but it had 680 warnings of Potentially unwanted behavior so i quarantined them and re-ran a scan of selected files and folders: Windows and the C drive which returned 140+ warnings but this time they were locked files?? I quarantined them like it said only it corrupted the boot config when i next ran the computer so i had to do a system restore, the warnings of unwanted behaviour are still in the virus vault. The locked files have been discovered by AVG on another scan, i have the scan report and havent quaantined them but i dont no what to do as my computer is really slow and my browser re-directs me to CRAWLER SEARCH everytime? I tried to run the 'rmvirut.exe' cleaner from AVG in safe mode but it stars to run then closes??? When i ran the HiJackThis scan it came up 'ERROR Your sytem is denying access to host file' but it finished scanning and here is the log, Please help me!!!
