Blue Backround That Says your computer has several Fatal Errors Due To

i have a Dell Dimension 4550 running Windows XP and yesterday i got this background that is blue and i cant change the background and im getting tons of pop ups saying i need to buy this program or this red one that says that says i have a Trojan anyways i have already downloaded the ATF cleaner and i am currently doing Malwarebytes Anti-Malware what do i need to do from now to get this annoying background and all of these pop ups off my computer

sorry bob um after those two things the computer is running fine it got rid of all those and now are norton is up so i think we should be good thanks tho
