Hello I have a problem i was running spy sweeper and i found these trojan by the end all of them were gone except one it was called "trojan-backdoor-cyn" and everythime i try to get rid of it my comp crashes. it has disabled my use of task manager and also I can't change my background thats all it's effecting to my knowledge can someone please help me get rid of it?
