I have applied all the knowledge I know and now looking for some help.
The machine started popping up ads to run a scan
"Warning
Ensure your document and data protectiom. Scan your computer to know if you are infected by spyware. Would you like to scan your computer now? (recommended)"
Sometimes this will popup and ad for scanware secure software

Other ad is more like a purchase webpage for a SWS Antispyware 2007, windows shows 45 alerts

I ran spyware doctor 5.5 and it removed various cookies and trojans(have a screenshot) Then spyyware doctor failed anymore scans.

Turned off system restore
Went thru the registry to comfirm removal per various posts researched and no found.
But still getting same popups
Spyware Doctor OnGuard asks to remove sifpdjg.exe on reboot (clicked yes)
Rebooted and now even Spyware Doctor On Guard will not activate

Ran Kaspersky Online scan to completion. No infections found.
Try A-Squared online scan and it will not download and apply. Reboot and try again no good.

So here we are. HijackThis file

A mod /Admin can close this. Thanks. I Removed Spyware Doctor and re-installed. OnGuard found the same file in safe-mode "Spyware Doctor OnGuard asks to remove sifpdjg.exe on reboot (clicked yes)" Machine seems to be running smooth again
