We just upgraded to Fios (from DSL) and although we have the 5Mbps speed, it does not appear to be any faster than the DSL connection. At times it feels like dial-up. Any suggestions?

Hi mwenik and welcome to the WTT forums.

We don't analyse HJT logs here on this subforum, but if you want your log analysed and to receive specific malware removal advice and instructions then its' best to go to the link below and follow carefully the instructions:

Follow all the instructions given and be sure to copy and paste all your log including the header into the correct forum (Not here please)

When you receive the good news that your HJT log looks to be clean please feel free to post back here in this forum if you are still having issues with your machine and we will do our best to help
