please help to destroy ad.yeildmanager

please help me i saw another person that was helped as it said on their hijack this hosts file that spybot search & destroy was the problem. i have seen this and ad.yeildmanager is present and i cant find spybot search & destroy to remove it please help me. it's been months now and i want to remove it before it causes more trouble.
