Outlook 2003 and 2007

I have bought MS outlook 2007 as a stand alone software, I am running Windows Vista Home Basic, My Outllook 2003 running find but I like some of the other features of 2007, bu twhen I install Oullook 2007, one of the thing that are not working are the Themes and Stationary. Why not? Thanks Pest Pro

I have tyed that but the THEME options is not highlighted for me to change it in Outlook 2007
