About a week and a half ago, I lost most of my login ability through IE. I can't access my hotmail account, I can't even get to my bank page, I can't access my cell phone account, and I can't access my fantasy teams, through yahoo. I can do everything else on yahoo, but when I try to login in there or anywhere else, I get a generic IE error message. For some reason, I can still access and login to forums such as this one. Also, this infection seems to limit my ability to update software. I can't update my Spybot S&D, and I can't update through Microsoft either. I get their version of a generic error message. I have (possibly) identified this problem as a.doginhispen/b.skitodayplease, although they are no longer showing up in my IE browser history.

The good people at majorgeeks.com have been assisting me, but after about a week of limited to no success and not being able to check my email, etc., I'm pulling my hair out and decided to seek out alternative solutions. Below is my HijackThis Log, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: I've also been through the routine self helps, with no success.
