Running Me upgrade to XP. ... Am trying to uninstall ZoneAlarm. Message was "TrueVector internet Monitor was not .... Check my control>alt>detete, but it was blank, nothing was running. Unintall failed. What is it and how do I shut it down, so I can uninstall ZAlarm. Trying to install Norton internet Security 2004, not having any luck. Thank you ... I feel soooooooooo stupid with all of this! :( P.S Using another computer for this
