Symptoms:
1.) My computer often reboots randomly when I connect to my network involving my wife's computer. We share the cable internet.
2.) When this happens, the computer will reboot and the "winlogon.exe encountered errors and must be shut down" box appears. Winlogon.exe is running in the background and will sit idle and then all of a sudden it will shoot up to 20% and sometimes 80% CPU usage.

I have run, disk cleanup, defrag, error check. I have run McAfee Virus scan, AVG anti-virus, Ad-Aware 2007, SpyBot SD, Avert Stinger, and have run HJack This in both normal mode and Safe Mode. Below, I have attached the Safe Mode log. Please let me know and I will post the Normal mode log of HJ This.

I suspect an issue with the winlogon.exe file since my rebooting issues seem to arise when I connect to the internet (which also connects me to my wife's computer). Could this be malware or a corrupt windows file???? You decide. And thank you for your time, I really appreciate it.
