Dr Watson Debugger

A friend of mine has a problem with this error message. Basically Dr Watson has encountered a problem and needs to close. I don't know th eexact error and what application was being used before the computer locks up. It is a new computer with Windows XP Home.I have looked on Google for more information on this, but am not sure how to go ahead. Will disabling Dr Watson solve the problem, or is there an underlying problem going on?More advice would be appreciated.Rosalind

Dr Watson merely reports the problem - disabling it would do nothing about the problem - but leave you further in the dark. Therefore, It is essential you determine exactly what program Dr Watson is reporting on before you can move towards resolving this issue.
