Woke up this morning and my hotmail account was hacked. Lot's of delicate info there. Verification questions were changed and alternate email (gmail acct) was also changed. Can't get password reset or new one sent anywhere. I emailed msn.com but haven't heard back. Any ideas? Desperately, Steve

Hi,
Sorry to hear that your machine has been "hacked"
It will probably need an expert to advise you on the best methods of cleaning up after the attack, and steps needed to protect it in the future.
To get things underway as soon as possible it might be best for you to go here:
http://forums.whatth...elp_t58958.html
Follow the directions and then post an HJT log in the malware forum (as you have done in the past)
Note Please don't post an HJT log here in this subforum as we don't analyse them here.
Please feel free to post back here in this sub forum, once your machine has been declared clean if you still have issues with it and we will do our best to help
Regards
