Woke up this morning and my hotmail account was hacked. Lot's of delicate info there. Verification questions were changed and alternate email (gmail acct) was also changed. Can't get password reset or new one sent anywhere. I emailed msn.com but haven't heard back. Any ideas?

It will probably need an expert to advise you on the best methods of cleaning up after the attack, and steps needed to protect it in the future.
