Infected - please help!

Cicked on a website and mrofinu77.exe was found (popup warning) by Symantec AntiVirus Full Version while browsing with Firefox - now 4 days later after dozens of scans with Symantec AntiVirus, Windows Defender and Super AntiSpyware and trying things in Safe Mode and attempting to delete found files - no luck. Current situation: Symantec popup box every few minutes says - Threat: Trojan.Vundo Defender popup every minute - box says threat is Browser modifier Win32/Fotomoto I use Firefox but IE7 is opening on it's own with sketchy websites that aren't my homepage Please help! 📎hijackthis.log1.txt
