HI I have recently got an dvd/rw and installed it into my computer when i use nero or any other sofware for making dvd's or coping dvd's it does not work but it does work as a cd/rw so i am confused on how to solve it.

Hi abs: most dvd's are copy protected and most commercial software will not allow a copy to copy of a dvd. if this is what you are trying to do.
