Did you read this:
http://forums.whatth...ers_t34502.html

To prepare your computer for the help we offer, you can safely do the following before obtaining help:

HijackThis© makes backups of all the changes it makes when fixing a computer if it is placed in it's own folder. Before we can help you with instructions of what to fix, we will ask you to put HijackThis© into its own folder. You can help us avoid this step by doing the following:

You can get a complete installer that installs HijackThis to C:\Program Files\HijackThis, making an entry in the start menu and also providing a desktop shortcut from http://www.whatthete...99/HJTsetup.exe .

Click on the link and select Save, save it to your desktop.

Double click the HJTsetup.exe file on your desktop to install it.

Open HijackThis and select: Do a system scan and save a log file.

When the scan is finished, Click Edit> Select All> Edit> Copy> and paste its contents here please use the Add Reply button below.

Do NOT fix anything that you see in the log (scanning will not make any changes to your computer)

The forum is run by volunteers who donate their time and expertise.

1. This tool MUST be run from the executable. (.exe)
2. With Admin Rights (Right click, choose "Run as Administrator")

Please download SmitfraudFix

Right click SmitfraudFix.exe Run as Administrator (press any key as the blue screen indicates, then:
Select option #1 - Search by typing 1 and press "Enter"; a text file will appear, which lists infected files (if present).
Please copy/paste the content of that report into your next reply.

Note : process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool"; it is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.
